Payment terms

Online reservation:
The total amount will be charged to your card upon reservation, depending on the selected rate conditions. If the charge to your card is declined, the hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation.

Local payments:
Any amounts payable at the property must be settled by credit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies vary depending on the selected room(s). The applicable policy is shown for each room and applies individually:

Free cancellation (7 days):
A full refund is available if the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before the reservation start date.

Non refundable:
No refund will be issued in case of cancellation, modification, early departure, or no-show. In case of no-show, the reservation is held until the first night only.

Tax:
The Climate Crisis Resilience Tax (effective from 01/01/2025) is not included in the room rates and must be paid upon arrival. The fee is €10 per room per night from April to October and €4 per room per night from November to March.
